When we receive your project inquiry, we will meet with you to discuss your project and desired scope, timeline, and budget. Once we have all the preliminary information, we will provide a ballpark estimate for the project cost. If the ballpark estimate is satisfactory to proceed, we will begin the design and estimate phases.

Once we have all the necessary designs and you are satisfied with the projected estimate, we will enact all preparations needed for the development phase. At this time, we will finalize all project selections, order all special order materials needed for your project, set up all subcontractors, and schedule the start of the project. 

During this phase, we will work with you (and an architect or designer if hired) to develop floor plans, elevations, and renderings to help you formulate your vision and to supplement the following estimate.  There will be a required deposit for this design work, the amount depending on the scope and complexity of the designs.  

​Once all preparations are in place, we will begin construction. At this time, we will execute the project plan and be in full communication with you throughout the process. Our team will utilize our craft to complete the project with integrity, respect for your home, and the ability to adapt and resolve any issues that may arise.

We will create an estimate based on the specifications and designs that were established in previous phases. This estimate will be a detailed breakdown of all expected costs and any allowances needed to provide the projected cost.  We will work with you to adjust the scope and details of the estimate to fit your desired budget.​

Once all construction activities are complete, we will perform a walk-thru with you to make sure that you are completely satisfied with all aspects of the project. At this time, we will also go through the last budget check and address any additional requests you may have. We will say goodbye, but look forward to working with you again.
